Purusha Yoga Teacher Training
The Purusha School of Yoga and Holistic Health has graduated over 300 students in Yoga Alliance and International Association of Yoga Therapists (IAYT) recognized programs. Our current Advanced Yoga Teacher and Yoga Therapy Training offers required modules and electives that are in compliance with upcoming improvements to IAYT educational standards.
Purusha Yoga Teacher Training is not just about teaching. Many choose this path
as a means of experiencing and exploring the many facets of yoga in
a deeper and more meaningful way.
The
Purusha Yoga School values each individual's journey toward finding
his/her own Purusha (true self). As such, our teachers encourage you
to work through our programs at your own pace and with a payment plan
that suits your budgeting needs.

Advanced Yoga Teacher Training
Upon graduation (and with your completed 200 Hour training): 500 Hour Certification
Yoga Alliance qualified RYT 500

Yoga Therapy Training
Upon graduation (and with your 500 Hour training): 900 Hour Certification
IAYT (International Association of Yoga Therapists) qualified Yoga Therapist
