“I had the pleasure of taking Purusha’s Level 200 and level 300 hour teacher training and I’ll forever be grateful for the experiences I had during these trainings. Purusha’s curriculum is incredibly comprehensive and the experience of the teachers is unmatched. Here are some benefits, just to name a few… 1. Smaller class sizes for maximized learning experience. 2. Great variety of teachers to learn about the many different teachings of yoga. 3. Good balance of philosophy, anatomy, origins of yoga, physical practice, learning sequences, poses & adjustments, becoming a teacher and being part of the yoga business world.”
