Full body postnatal provides a sanctuary for self-reflection, healing, and growth, allowing you to honor the incredible journey your body & soul have been through. In this workshop, We will start with slow, mindful movements that focus on gentle core activation and yoga poses to help strengthen your body. We will introduce intentional breathing techniques to soothe your nervous system, and you will learn therapeutic movements to aid in the release of tension. Nourishing snacks and tea with the community will leave you feeling connected, rejuvenated, and more attuned to your body.
