Here’s what you can expect:

  • A gentle hatha flow to warm and open the body, followed by restorative poses supported by props for ultimate comfort and relaxation.
  • A soothing, meditative atmosphere enhanced by soft candlelight, meditative music, essential oils, and poetry readings.
  • Intentional time devoted to honoring the mother within 

This class will be led by Sarah Pascual, a mother to her two-year-old son. Deeply inspired by her own journey as a mother, Sarah understands firsthand how much mothers give to their children and families. She is honored to hold this special Mother’s Day practice and looks forward to guiding you into a state of deep rest and relaxation.
