This class is designed to meet you where you are. Props help stabilize and modify postures for students who need a gentler approach, while also offering creative ways to intensify and refine poses for more experienced practitioners. You’ll discover how props can bring greater awareness, freedom, and precision to your practice. For all levels – from beginners to seasoned yogis. Props used may include: blocks, straps, bolsters, blankets, chairs, and the wall. All props are provided, though you are welcome to bring your own.
