

Purusha’s 4-week Baby & Me Series is a gentle class designed for new parents easing back into movement alongside their infants. Beginning at the end of September, we’ll gather Sundays from 2–3 PM for a practice that supports postpartum healing and connection.
Each class blends mindful movement and breath-work to help you rebuild strength, release tension, and reconnect with your body after childbirth. In the final moments, your little one will join in for a short and playful baby yoga practice—sharing smiles, movement, and presence together.
More than just yoga, this series offers a warm and welcoming community where caregivers and pre-crawling babies can connect, nurture, and share the journey of early parenthood.
