Join Sarah under the February Full Moon, for an extended Yin and Restorative practice devoted to heart-truth—the quiet wisdom that lives in the chest, heart, and spine. This moon illuminates what is ready to be felt, expressed, and gently released, inviting deeper alignment with what is true and alive within.
This class offers deep relaxation and full-body stretching through long-held, passive poses that target the deeper connective tissues—ligaments, joints, and fascia. Expect to hold postures for 3–5 minutes to allow the body to release tension, increase flexibility, and enhance joint mobility while cultivating mindfulness and ease.
Our practice will gently emphasize front-body opening, supported backbends, chest and heart openers, and nourishing spinal work to cultivate space, resilience, and softening around the heart. Woven throughout will be reflective journaling, full-moon oracle card pulling, essential oils to soothe the nervous system, and affirmations to help integrate clarity from the heart.
Expect a serene atmosphere, soothing breathwork, and a deep sense of mental and physical restoration. This practice is ideal for anyone seeking to balance an active lifestyle, relieve stress, or deepen their yoga journey with long-term flexibility, introspection, and mindfulness.
Come soften, open, and listen—allowing your heart-truth to lead the way.
