SUMMARY:Healing through Breath & Sound: A Journey into the Mind
DESCRIPTION:Tune in and connect with your inner sanctuary of well-being as we come together to explore the meditative power of sound. Sound healing offers a pathway to clearing\, balancing\, and harmonizing the energy body\, allowing the nervous system to release stress and tension. Deeply restorative states of rest foster rejuvenation and strengthen resilience. You’ll be invited to lie down and follow a brief guided meditation sequence designed to relax the body and open you to the healing frequencies and vibrant harmonics of a unique ensemble of gongs\, singing bowls\, strings\, flutes\, and more. If you’re new to meditation—or find it challenging—sound baths are an effortless way to enter deeply meditative states. Doors open at 7:00 PM\, please arrive by 7:15 PM. This event begins promptly at 7:30 PM and will last until 9:00 PM. We have blankets\, eye pillows\, and bolsters. Please bring your own mat\, as we have only a few for those who forget\, on a first-come\, first-served basis. Many participants choose to bring their own pillow or eye mask and close their eyes for the entire session. Please help us to create as optimal an environment as possible for this event by arriving early to settle into your space before we begin. We ask all participants to please use the restroom beforehand and not during the event if possible. Your community of meditators will appreciate your help in maintaining silence and stillness in the event space. Please Note: once purchased\, this event is non-refundable. Thank you for understanding. \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n REGISTER NOW
