MELT a simple, effective self-care practice that supports mobility, strength, and balance at any age. In this all-levels workshop, we’ll use soft rollers and small balls to simulate the benefits of hands-on massage, releasing deep tension, improving alignment, and calming the nervous system.

Expect to ease chronic areas of strain (like the neck and low back), reduce inflammation, and leave feeling more spacious and supported in your body. The MELT Method is designed to be easily practiced at home, helping you maintain strength, recovery, and resilience between classes.

Whether you drop in or join us for all three sessions, come as you are—and leave feeling more grounded, open, and connected.
