

The MELT Method is back for a monthly, full-body reset with Guest Teacher, Carol LeMaitre, Founder of Sanchez Street Studios.
MELT a simple, effective self-care practice that supports mobility, strength, and balance at any age. In this all-levels workshop, we’ll use soft rollers and small balls to simulate the benefits of hands-on massage, releasing deep tension, improving alignment, and calming the nervous system, while also exploring NeuroStrength moves. NeuroStrength techniques help correct faulty movement patterns, enhancing the body’s stability and coordination to move with greater ease and confidence.
Expect to ease chronic areas of strain (like the neck and low back), reduce inflammation, and leave feeling more spacious and supported in your body. The MELT Method is designed to be easily practiced at home, helping you maintain strength, recovery, and resilience between classes.
Each month, we’ll focus on different areas of the body:
- July: Upper Body Focus — address tension in the shoulders, neck, and arms
- August: Lower Body Focus — support hips, legs, and feet
- September: Integration — bring it all together for full-body balance and strength
Please bring your own MELT props – limited props will be available to use during class on a first come, first-served basis.
Each class needs an individual registration.
