Teen Yoga For Beginners

Sunday, December 22 5:45 pm (75 minutes) $35 Register your teen now, space is limited. Yoga is a transformative practice for people of all ages, and especially beneficial for young adults, teens and kids in creating space for creative expression, mindfulness, and connection. In this class specifically made for Teens- youth 14-18- we’ll move through the fundamentals of a Vinyasa sequence and pay special attention to the way breath work enhances mental and physical strength and resilience. This class will be fun, challenging, and a great opportunity to explore a whole new activity! Hannah (RYT) works specifically with youth and children to enhance mindfulness, body awareness, and emotional regulation through yoga and movement.
